You will be responsible for supporting landlords and tenants throughout the tenancy lifecycle, coordinating maintenance and repairs, monitoring property compliance and ensuring enquiries are dealt with promptly.
This varied position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities while building positive relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Property Manager:
- Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties and overseeing tenancy matters
- Acting as the main point of contact for landlords, tenants and contractors
- Arranging property maintenance, repairs and contractor appointments
- Conducting routine inspections and keeping property records up to date
- Monitoring tenancy renewals, rental increases, deposit matters and compliance requirements
- Handling enquiries, resolving issues and ensuring a high standard of customer service
What Our Client Is Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Previous experience in property management or residential lettings
- Strong knowledge of the rental property management process
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage a busy workload
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and resolving tenancy issues
- Good IT skills and confidence using property management systems
- Understanding of current lettings legislation and compliance requirements
