What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Mortgage & Protection Advisor:

• Providing whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice tailored to individual client needs
• Managing a steady pipeline of referred leads from initial enquiry through to completion
• Conducting client consultations both face-to-face and remotely to assess financial circumstances
• Recommending suitable mortgage and protection products whilst ensuring FCA compliance
• Progressing mortgage and protection applications efficiently and liaising with lenders, solicitors and estate agents
• Building long-term client relationships through outstanding service and ongoing support

What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):

• CeMAP or equivalent qualified with current Competent Adviser Status
• Previous experience as a Mortgage & Protection Advisor or Mortgage Broker
• Strong knowledge of the mortgage and protection marketplace
• Proven track record of achieving mortgage completions and protection sales
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Professional, motivated and customer-focused approach
• Ability to manage a busy workload while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
