Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring landlords and tenants receive an excellent level of service
• Carry out regular property inspections and coordinate maintenance works with contractors and suppliers
• Manage utility-related matters and resolve day-to-day property management issues efficiently
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, contractors and suppliers
• Handle telephone enquiries, provide administrative support and maintain accurate property records
• Ensure all property matters are managed professionally and in line with current legislation and best practice

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience within residential property, lettings or property management would be advantageous
• Passion for the property industry and delivering exceptional customer service
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
