This is a pivotal position requiring strong accounting experience across both property management and company accounts and previous experience in a similar role within a property management company is essential.
The successful candidate will be organised, accurate and confident managing financial responsibilities, deadlines and relationships within a fast-moving property environment. The role is office based.

What you'll be doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Property Management & Company Accountant
- Managing property management accounts and associated financial administration
- Preparing and maintaining company accounts and financial records
- Working closely with the Property Management Team on property-related accounting matters
- Liaising with Company Directors regarding company accounts and financial information
- Ensuring accounts are accurate, up to date and completed within required deadlines
- Managing multiple accounting priorities efficiently within a busy property environment
