Senior Sales Negotiator in East Grinstead

A successful independent estate agency is looking for a confident and experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join its East Grinstead team, offering excellent customer service, arranging property viewings, generating new business and helping clients achieve successful property sales.

This is a varied sales role for an articulate and motivated negotiator who enjoys working with buyers and sellers, conducting viewings, negotiating offers and building strong relationships while developing their career within the property industry.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Senior Sales Negotiator:

• Manage and track all statutory compliance including Gas Safety, EICRs, and EPCs
• Coordinate maintenance issues from initial report through to completion and invoicing
• Conduct routine property inspections and produce detailed reports
• Oversee end-of-tenancy processes including check-outs, deposit returns, and dispute support
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date property and compliance records within the CRM system
• Liaise with landlords and tenants to provide updates and ensure a high level of customer service

• Handling buyer enquiries, registering applicants and arranging property viewings
• Conducting property viewings and providing constructive feedback to vendors
• Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers to achieve successful sales
• Generating new business through applicant follow-up, referrals and proactive sales activity
• Building strong relationships with vendors, buyers and other property professionals
• Progressing agreed sales and maintaining clear communication with all parties throughout the transaction
