What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales Negotiator:

• Conducting property valuations and winning new instructions
• Generating and following up sales enquiries to maximise business opportunities
• Arranging and conducting property viewings with prospective buyers
• Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors to achieve successful sales
• Building strong relationships with vendors, buyers and prospective clients
• Progressing agreed sales while maintaining excellent communication and customer service

• Strong property sales and negotiation ability
• Significant valuation and instruction-winning experience
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Positive telephone manner and confident approach
• Articulate, well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
• Knowledge of the Sanderstead area would be advantageous
• Full UK driving licence and own car essential
