Salary: OTE £45,000 per annum

Working as part of a supportive and professional team, you will be responsible for matching buyers with suitable properties, conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and progressing sales through to completion.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales Negotiator:
- Managing buyer enquiries and qualifying applicants
- Matching prospective purchasers with suitable properties
- Conducting accompanied property viewings
- Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
- Assisting with sales progression through to completion
- Identifying and generating new business opportunities for the branch

- Minimum of 1 year's recent residential estate agency experience
- Strong customer service skills and a professional approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Confident in building rapport with clients and applicants
- Motivated, target-driven and proactive mindset
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Positive team player with a strong work ethic
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
