A highly regarded independent sales and lettings agency with a strong local reputation is seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their team in the Crawley area. Some previous Lettings experience essential.
Job Title: Lettings Negotiator
Salary: OTE £35,000 per annum
Position: Permanent, Full-Time

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record within residential lettings, strong local market knowledge and the confidence to manage applicants, landlords and negotiations effectively.
This role would suit an accomplished Lettings Negotiator looking to further develop their career within a friendly and professional team. You will be involved across the full lettings process, from generating and qualifying applicants through to negotiating offers, agreeing lets and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Lettings Negotiator:
- Assist with letting properties from initial enquiry to move-in
- Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Conduct property viewings and follow up with applicants
- Handle enquiries by phone, email, and in person
- Prepare tenancy documentation and ensure compliance
- Support the team with marketing and property listings
- Work towards agreed targets and objectives
