The successful candidate will provide expert legal advice and representation to clients throughout residential property transactions. The role will involve managing conveyancing matters from instruction through to exchange and completion, working closely with clients, lenders, other solicitors and professional contacts to ensure transactions progress smoothly.

This position would suit a motivated and client-focused Conveyancing Solicitor with strong residential property experience, excellent attention to detail and the ability to work effectively within a fast-paced and growing team.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Conveyancing Solicitor:

• Manage all aspects of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts and other legal documentation
• Provide expert legal advice to clients on residential property matters
• Manage the conveyancing process, including dealing with mortgage lenders and other solicitors
• Prepare transfer documents and coordinate the exchange and completion of contracts
• Ensure all transactions comply with relevant property laws, regulations and current conveyancing practice
• Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed of progress and addressing any concerns
• Liaise with buyers, sellers, lenders, solicitors and other professional parties to ensure transactions progress efficiently
• Identify potential issues and provide practical solutions to keep transactions moving
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive client and transaction records
• Stay up to date with changes in property law and practice
• Provide a high level of client service throughout the transaction
