This role would suit an experienced estate agency professional with strong local knowledge, established contacts and a proven ability to win instructions and generate new business. You will have the opportunity to develop your own client base, manage the sales process from valuation through to completion and benefit from the support, systems and reputation of an established property brand.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Self Employed Property Consultant:
- Generating new instructions through valuations, prospecting and local business development
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, buyers and local contacts
- Carrying out property valuations and providing accurate market advice
- Managing the sales process from initial instruction through to completion
- Conducting viewings, negotiating offers and progressing agreed sales
- Developing your personal profile and growing your own local property business
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
- Proven experience within residential estate agency, particularly property sales
- Strong track record of winning new business and securing instructions
- Excellent knowledge of the Cobham and surrounding Surrey property market
- Confident valuation, negotiation and business development skills
- Strong communication, networking and relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial and capable of working independently
- Professional, personable and well-presented manner
- Full UK driving licence and own car required
