What you'll be doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Lettings Manager
- Managing the day-to-day operation of the residential lettings department
- Winning new instructions through valuations, business development and landlord relationships
- Leading, motivating and supporting the lettings team to achieve targets
- Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and prospective clients
- Monitoring performance, identifying opportunities for growth, and maximising revenue
- Maintaining high standards of customer service, compliance and professionalism throughout the lettings process
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience)
- Proven experience in residential lettings, ideally at management level
- Previous listing and valuation experience essential
- Strong business development skills with the ability to win new instructions
- Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong customer service ethos and professional approach
- Ambitious, self-motivated and commercially minded, with the drive to achieve results
- Good knowledge of Brixton and the surrounding South London property market advantageous
- Full UK driving licence essential, with own car preferred
