We are looking for an experienced Part-Time Lettings Manager to join a professional property team in Chipping Norton, managing residential lettings and delivering a high level of service to landlords and tenants.

You will manage properties, oversee the lettings process, build relationships and help grow the local portfolio.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Part-Time Lettings Manager:

• Managing the day-to-day lettings activity across a residential portfolio
• Conducting valuations, winning instructions and preparing properties for marketing
• Managing property listings, viewings, offers and tenancy negotiations
• Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and applicants
• Providing a high level of customer service throughout the lettings process
• Supporting portfolio growth through proactive business development and local market knowledge

• Previous residential lettings experience is essential
• Experience managing properties and dealing with landlords and tenants
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Confident and professional telephone manner
• Well presented, organised and self-motivated
• Good knowledge of the Chipping Norton and surrounding area
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car
