A successful independent estate and lettings agency in Chichester is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a substantial residential portfolio and provide a high level of service to landlords and tenants.
Job Title: Property Manager
Salary: £35,000 per annum
Position: Permanent - Full Time

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Property Manager:
- Managing a substantial portfolio of residential properties
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Coordinating maintenance issues and arranging appropriate contractors
- Managing tenancy renewals and supporting the relevant tenancy processes
- Handling property inspections and ensuring accurate records are maintained
- Resolving issues effectively while delivering a high level of customer service
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
- Previous experience in residential property management
- A minimum of 12 months' experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of residential lettings processes and notices
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
- A confident and professional telephone manner
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- The ability to prioritise and remain calm under pressure
- A full UK driving licence
