What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive:

• Develop and manage social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
• Create engaging content including social posts, videos, graphics, blogs and website content
• Plan and deliver email marketing campaigns, newsletters and digital communications
• Monitor social media and digital performance, producing reports and recommendations to improve engagement
• Support paid social campaigns including audience creation, campaign set-up and performance analysis
• Liaise with branches and internal teams to gather property information, coordinate marketing activity and support events and publications

What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):

• At least two years’ experience within a marketing, digital marketing or social media role
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and experience managing multiple accounts
• Experience creating and managing paid social media campaigns, ideally using Meta Business
• Good knowledge of email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp
• Experience managing website content, ideally using WordPress
• Strong copywriting, content creation and communication skills with excellent attention to detail
• Confident using analytics and reporting tools to monitor performance and make recommendations
• Highly organised, proactive and creative with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
