This role would suit an articulate and highly organised sales progression professional who understands the complexities of residential transactions and can confidently manage multiple cases, liaise with solicitors and agents, and keep chains moving through to completion.
Previous estate agency experience is essential and candidates who have been responsible for proactively managing significant pipelines will be preferentially considered.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as Sales Progressor:
- Managing property sales from offer acceptance through to exchange and completion
- Proactively monitoring and progressing a portfolio of transactions
- Liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors, agents and other parties throughout the process
- Identifying and resolving issues that could delay transactions
- Providing regular updates and maintaining clear communication with all parties
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring transactions progress efficiently through to completion

- Proven experience in a Sales Progressor role within a residential high street estate agency
- Demonstrable experience managing multiple sales cases simultaneously
- Able to clearly explain the average number of cases managed per month and annual transaction volume
- Strong understanding of the residential sales progression process from offer to completion
- Articulate, well-spoken and highly professional communication style
- Confident dealing with solicitors, buyers, sellers and other property professionals
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Proactive, resilient and able to maintain momentum across complex property chains
