What you'll be doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Property Manager:
- Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties
- Dealing with day-to-day maintenance issues and liaising with contractors
- Arranging property inspections and ensuring properties remain compliant
- Managing tenancy renewals, deposit returns and end-of-tenancy procedures
- Maintaining strong working relationships with landlords and tenants
- Keeping property records, safety certificates and compliance documentation up to date

- Previous experience within residential property management
- Good knowledge of current tenancy legislation and lettings compliance
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload

- Comfortable using property management software and other office systems
