What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales Manager / Lister
- Leading the sales function, taking responsibility for instructions, valuations, marketing and progression of properties through to completion
- Winning new business through valuations, prospecting, networking and developing strong relationships with local homeowners
- Building and managing a pipeline of sales opportunities while maintaining a high level of service throughout the process
- Providing leadership and direction within the sales function, setting standards and driving performance
- Developing the sales strategy and identifying opportunities to increase market share, instructions and revenue
- Taking ownership of your results and contributing to the wider commercial direction and growth of the business

- Proven experience within residential sales, ideally with strong listing and valuation experience
- A successful track record of winning instructions and generating new business
- Strong knowledge of the Bath property market and surrounding areas

- Commercially minded with a strong understanding of targets, performance and revenue generation
