Salary: OTE £50,000 per annum

The successful candidate will have strong residential sales experience, excellent communication skills and a proven ability to generate and secure new business.
Valuations experience would be helpful, alongside a genuine understanding of the local property market and a professional approach to customer service.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Senior Sales Negotiator:
- Managing the sales process from initial enquiry through to successful completion
- Conducting property viewings and providing detailed feedback to vendors
- Registering and qualifying buyers, matching them to suitable properties
- Generating new business and contributing to winning instructions
- Negotiating offers and progressing sales through to exchange and completion
- Supporting the wider sales team and contributing to branch targets
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
- Proven experience within residential estate agency sales
- Strong background as a Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator
- Previous sales listing and valuations experience would be helpful
- Excellent negotiation and sales ability with a proven track record
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Professional, articulate, well presented and self-motivated
- Good knowledge of Cheam and the surrounding local property market
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own car essential
