This is a customer-focused role for an enthusiastic estate agent who enjoys working with people, generating new business and negotiating deals. You'll use your local property knowledge to match buyers with suitable homes while providing a proactive service from initial enquiry through to completion.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales Negotiator:

- Conducting property viewings and providing knowledgeable advice to prospective purchasers
- Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers to achieve successful sales
- Generating new business through proactive applicant and vendor contact
- Keeping clients updated throughout the sales process and progressing transactions through to completion
- Maintaining accurate records and delivering a high level of customer service throughout
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
- Previous experience within residential estate agency sales
- Strong knowledge of the local property market would be advantageous
- Confident negotiating skills with the ability to build rapport
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A proactive approach to generating new business
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple sales
- Professional, personable and confident manner
- Full UK driving licence preferred
