An experienced Lettings Negotiator is required to join a busy residential lettings team in Ashford, Kent, supporting the marketing of rental properties, registering applicants and building strong relationships with landlords and tenants. This role would also suit someone with previous sales or customer service experience.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Registering applicants, understanding their requirements and matching them with suitable rental properties
- Arranging and conducting property viewings while providing a professional customer experience
- Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants to achieve successful lets
- Supporting the marketing of rental properties and generating new landlord instructions
- Maintaining regular communication with applicants, landlords and contractors throughout the lettings process
- Assisting with tenancy progression, administration and ensuring a smooth customer journey

- Previous experience within a sales, lettings or customer-facing role
- Confident communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships
- Professional telephone manner with excellent interpersonal skills
- Motivated, proactive and keen to develop a career within residential lettings
- Well-presented, articulate and able to represent the business professionally
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-focused environment
- Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle would be advantageous
