What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as an Assistant Branch Manager:
- Carrying out property valuations and winning new instructions
- Managing and supporting the branch team
- Driving sales performance and meeting branch targets
- Delivering high levels of customer service
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients and applicants
- Contributing to business growth through strategic planning
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
- Strong listing and valuation skills
- Some managerial/team leadership experience preferred
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- High standard of customer service
- Motivated, well-presented, and articulate
- Positive telephone manner and team player
- Full UK driving license and car owner essential
- Local area knowledge is highly advantageous
