This role would suit a proactive and professional estate agency expert with a strong background in residential sales, staff leadership and business development.
You will take ownership of the branch's performance, supporting and developing the team, building relationships with clients and implementing effective sales strategies to increase instructions, strengthen local presence and maximise revenue.

- Increasing sales activity, market share and business profitability
- Carrying out accurate property xgikmsk appraisals and converting valuations into instructions
- Maintaining excellent standards of client care throughout the sales process
- Developing local contacts and generating new business opportunities
- Monitoring branch results and putting plans in place to improve performance
