Working closely with the property sales and lettings teams, you will build relationships with clients, understand their individual needs and recommend appropriate mortgage and protection products, delivering a professional, supportive service throughout their property journey.
Previous experience in the mortgages services industry is essential and candidate must be CeMAP (or equivalent) and CAS.

What you'll be doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Mortgage and Protection Advisor:
- Meeting clients to assess their mortgage requirements, financial circumstances and future plans
- Researching the mortgage market and recommending suitable products to meet individual client needs
- Advising on relevant protection products, including life insurance, critical illness cover and income protection
- Managing mortgage applications from initial enquiry through to completion, liaising with lenders, solicitors and estate agency colleagues
- Building strong relationships with buyers, vendors and internal teams to generate referrals and repeat business
- Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring all advice and recommendations meet regulatory and compliance requirements
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
- CeMAP qualification or an equivalent recognised mortgage advice qualification
- Experience providing mortgage and protection advice in a customer-facing role
- Strong knowledge of mortgage products, lenders and the application process
- Understanding of protection products and the ability to explain their benefits clearly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport
- A professional, organised approach with strong attention to detail
- Confidence working towards targets and developing new business opportunities
- A commitment to delivering compliant, customer-focused advice and maintaining high professional standards
