Previous Estate Agency experience is essential.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as an Assistant Sales Manager / Lister:
- Conduct market appraisals and secure new residential sales instructions
- Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, valuations and existing client relationships
- Support the Sales Manager with the day-to-day running of the sales department
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers and prospective clients
- Negotiate offers and progress sales through to completion
- Support the wider sales team, helping to achieve branch targets and maintain high levels of customer service
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
- Proven experience within residential estate agency, ideally at Senior Negotiator, Lister or Assistant Sales Manager level
- Strong track record of winning new business and securing sales instructions
- Proven experience conducting property valuations and market appraisals
- Confident negotiating offers and advising vendors throughout the sales process
- Strong knowledge of the residential sales process from instruction through to completion
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Good local knowledge of Witney and the surrounding Oxfordshire area
- Professional, proactive and commercially minded approach with excellent attention to detail
