What you'll be doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Senior Property Manager:
- Managing a portfolio of residential properties, overseeing maintenance, tenancy issues and day-to-day property management
- Processing daily rental payments, monitoring rent accounts xgikmsk and resolving payment discrepancies or arrears
- Maintaining accurate financial records and providing landlords with clear rental statements and updates
- Applying a good understanding of landlord taxation requirements and responding to relevant financial queries within the scope of the role
- Coordinating repairs, maintenance works, inspections and compliance requirements, liaising with contractors, landlords and tenants
- Supporting tenancy renewals, resolving complex property management issues and ensuring a high standard of customer service
