Working within an established local sales team, you will build client relationships, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers and generate new business.

What you'll be doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales Negotiator / Senior Sales Negotiator:
- Register buyers, qualify applicants and match them to suitable properties
- Arrange and conduct property viewings, providing knowledgeable advice to prospective buyers
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve successful sales
- Generate new business through telephone calls, applicant follow-ups and proactive canvassing
- Promote additional services and maximise opportunities to secure new instructions
- Maintain xgikmsk regular communication with clients and progress sales while delivering excellent customer service

- Previous residential estate agency sales experience, particularly for Senior Sales Negotiator level
- Strong sales, negotiation and customer service skills
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Professional telephone manner and ability to build rapport
