This role would suit an experienced Sales Negotiator who enjoys building relationships, generating new business and progressing sales from offer through to completion. You'll be joining a customer-focused team with strong local knowledge across Sutton, Cheam, Epsom and surrounding areas.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as Senior Sales Negotiator:

• Registering and qualifying applicants, matching buyers to suitable properties and arranging viewings
• Conducting property viewings professionally and confidently, providing knowledgeable advice to prospective buyers
• Following up applicants and viewing feedback to maximise sales opportunities
• Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers to achieve successful transactions
• Progressing sales through to exchange and completion, maintaining regular contact with all parties
• Generating new business through applicant enquiries, referrals, networking and proactive follow-up

What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in a residential estate agency sales role
• Strong knowledge of the Sutton, Cheam or surrounding South London property market
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a polished and professional manner
• Confident negotiator with the ability to influence and build rapport
• Articulate and well presented, with the confidence to deal with a broad range of clients
• Strong customer service skills and a genuine focus on delivering excellent results
• Organised and proactive with the ability to manage multiple sales and applicants
• Full UK driving licence and own car preferred
