What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Property Manager:
- Managing a residential lettings portfolio from start to finish
- Liaising professionally with landlords, tenants, and contractors
- Ensuring landlord instructions are carried out in line with current legislation
- Overseeing compliance including Gas and Electrical Safety Certificates
- Issuing and monitoring maintenance works orders through to completion
- Maintaining accurate property records and handling deposit-related matters
