This is a varied role for an organised and dependable Property Manager with previous residential property management experience.
You will oversee inspections, check-ins, check-outs, inventories and mid-term inspections, while maintaining strong relationships and ensuring properties are managed to a high standard.

What you'll be doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Property Manager:
- Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties from tenancy start to finish
- Conducting property inspections, check-ins, check-outs, inventories and mid-term inspections
- Dealing efficiently with landlord and tenant enquiries and maintaining strong relationships
- Coordinating repairs, maintenance and contractors, ensuring issues are followed through to completion
- Managing tenancy administration, renewals, compliance and associated paperwork accurately
- Ensuring properties and tenancies are managed professionally and in line with current legislation
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
- Previous experience within Residential Property Management
- Strong understanding of the residential lettings process
- ARLA qualification desirable
- Excellent administration and IT skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator with the ability to build strong business relationships
- Full UK Driving Licence essential
- Professional, dependable and thorough approach with excellent written and spoken English
