You will play a key role in generating new business, registering applicants and matching them with suitable properties.

The position involves arranging and conducting viewings, negotiating offers and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and applicants while working towards targets and delivering consistently high levels of service.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Lettings Negotiator:

  • Registering and qualifying prospective tenants and understanding their property requirements
  • Generating new landlord and applicant business
  • Arranging and conducting property viewings
  • Negotiating offers and progressing agreed lets
  • Maintaining regular communication with landlords, applicants and other property professionals
  • Working towards individual and team targets while delivering excellent customer service
