An experienced Sales Manager is required to lead a residential sales team in the Maidstone area. This role would suit an experienced estate agency professional with strong leadership skills, proven sales results and a track record of winning new business. (Previous estate agency experience essential)

You will take responsibility for driving sales performance, developing new instructions and supporting the team to achieve its targets.
