What you'll be doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Self-Employed Lettings Manager:
- Building and developing a portfolio of residential rental properties across Oxford and the surrounding areas
- Winning new landlord instructions through networking, prospecting and maintaining strong local relationships
- Managing the lettings process, including property marketing, enquiries, viewings, offers and tenancy progression
- Building lasting relationships with landlords and tenants through professional communication and excellent customer service
- Coordinating tenancy administration, renewals and compliance requirements using the systems and support available
- Developing your own business, monitoring performance and identifying opportunities to increase instructions, revenue and long-term growth
