You will oversee maintenance issues, tenancy matters and compliance requirements, keeping up to date with the Renters' Rights Act and other relevant legislation to ensure properties are managed efficiently and in accordance with current regulations.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Property Manager:
- Manage a portfolio of residential properties on behalf of landlords
- Coordinate maintenance issues and liaise with contractors, landlords and tenants
- Ensure all properties remain compliant with current legislation and safety requirements
- Handle tenancy renewals, tenancy issues and end-of-tenancy matters
- Maintain accurate property records and ensure all documentation is up to date
- Deliver exceptional customer service while building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
- Previous experience in residential property management is essential
- Good knowledge of residential lettings legislation, including the Renters' Rights Act and associated compliance requirements
- ARLA qualification would be advantageous but is not essential
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload
- Ability to work under pressure and resolve problems effectively
- Professional approach with excellent relationship-building skills
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
