An experienced New Homes Sales Negotiator is required to join a successful property team in South East London, working across new residential developments and providing a high level of service to prospective purchasers.
This role offers the chance to manage the full sales process, from generating new leads and registering applicants through to negotiating offers and progressing sales. The successful candidate will build strong client relationships while working towards individual and team targets and deadlines.
