A successful independent Sales and Lettings agency is looking to recruit an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their busy Wimbledon office. This is a customer-focused role requiring strong negotiation skills and a proven background in residential lettings.
The successful candidate will be energetic, ambitious and confident when dealing with landlords, tenants and applicants. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, build strong relationships and play an important role in generating new business, arranging viewings and progressing lets through to completion.
