What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as Lettings Negotiator:
- Managing the lettings process from applicant registration through to completion
- Arranging and conducting property viewings
- Matching applicants to suitable properties and generating new business
- Negotiating offers and progressing tenancies through to completion
- Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and applicants
- Maintaining a high level of service throughout the lettings process

- Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator within residential estate agency
- Proven track record in lettings and achieving targets
- Strong knowledge of the London lettings market
- Confident negotiator with excellent communication skills
- Professional, personable and well-presented manner
- Excellent telephone manner and strong customer service skills
- Highly motivated with a proactive approach to business generation
- Full UK driving licence and own car advantageous
