Working closely with the Lettings Team, you will coordinate applications, manage paperwork, liaise with applicants, landlords and contractors, and help ensure transactions progress smoothly.
Previous estate agency or lettings administration experience would be beneficial, alongside strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a professional approach.
Candidates with previous estate agency / lettings experience will be considered preferentially.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Lettings Coordinator:
- Coordinating the lettings process from application through to move-in

- Arranging references, compliance checks and required documentation
- Updating systems and maintaining accurate property and tenancy records
- Providing administration and day-to-day support to the Lettings Team
