What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales Negotiator:
- Handling property sales from instruction through to completion

- Building strong relationships with vendors and applicants
- Generating new business and working towards sales targets

- Little or no previous estate agency experience required
- Genuine interest in residential property and estate agency
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, professional and well-presented manner
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Customer-focused approach with good attention to detail
- Ability to work towards targets and deadlines
- Full UK driving licence preferred
