This is a hands-on leadership role combining new business development, property lettings and management, compliance and operational responsibility. Working closely with the company director, you will grow the managed portfolio, improve processes and help build a successful department with scope to recruit and lead a team as the business expands.

What you'll be doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Head of Lettings:
Winning new landlord instructions through prospecting, rental valuations and business development
Managing the lettings process, including marketing, viewings, negotiations, referencing and tenancy progression
Taking responsibility for the managed portfolio and maintaining excellent landlord and tenant relationships
