This role would suit an experienced Lettings Negotiator with a strong sales background, although candidates with transferable estate agency experience and a genuine interest in property will also be considered. You will need to be proactive, confident and commercially minded, with excellent communication skills and a professional approach.

What you'll be doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Lettings Negotiator:
- Registering applicants and matching them to suitable rental properties
- Conducting property viewings and providing knowledgeable advice to prospective tenants
- Negotiating offers between landlords and applicants and progressing lets through to completion
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants and applicants
- Carrying out proactive business development and generating new lettings opportunities
- Keeping property details, applicant records and marketing information accurate and up to date

- Previous experience within residential lettings or estate agency preferred
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a commercial approach
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Proactive, self-motivated and able to work effectively within a busy team
- Good knowledge of Farnham and the surrounding areas would be advantageous
- Well presented with a professional approach to property
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car preferred
