An experienced Head of Block Management is required to launch and lead a new block management department in the East Grinstead / Sussex area, with responsibility for establishing systems, processes and standards while developing a successful residential property management operation.
This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced block management professional who can build a department from the ground up, develop a portfolio, establish strong client relationships and provide a high standard of service to leaseholders, freeholders and residential management companies.
The perfect candidate will be professionally qualified (TPI) and have extensive block management experience.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Head of Block Management:

- Build and manage a portfolio of residential blocks and developments on behalf of freeholders, RMCs and leaseholders
- Oversee service charge budgets, expenditure, arrears, insurance, maintenance and financial reporting
- Manage contractors, suppliers and maintenance programmes, ensuring buildings are maintained to a high standard
