What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Property Manager:
- Manage a residential lettings portfolio from tenancy start through to completion
- Maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, resolving queries efficiently and professionally
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, inspections, and contractor works to ensure properties are well maintained
- Ensure all properties meet current legislation, compliance requirements, and company standards
- Liaise closely with the Lettings team to support smooth processes and excellent service delivery
