A Block Manager is required to manage a portfolio of residential developments for a specialist property management business in Bromley. The role offers the opportunity to take responsibility for a varied portfolio and build strong relationships with clients and residents.
You'll oversee the day-to-day management of leasehold properties, working closely with residents, contractors, freeholders and resident management companies. The role combines property management, compliance, maintenance and client relationship responsibilities, making it ideal for an experienced residential Block Manager.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)
- Manage a portfolio of residential blocks and leasehold properties
- Liaise with leaseholders, freeholders, RMCs and residents on property matters
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs and contractors across the portfolio
- Manage service charge budgets and expenditure in conjunction with the accounts team
- Ensure properties meet relevant health and safety and statutory compliance requirements
- Attend meetings, prepare reports and provide regular updates to clients
