What you'll be doing (Key Responsibilities) as an Assistant Sales Manager
- Support the Sales Manager with the day-to-day running and development of the sales team
- Generate valuation opportunities and win new property instructions
- Conduct market appraisals and provide accurate property valuations
- Build relationships with vendors, buyers and prospective clients
- Follow up enquiries, leads and valuation opportunities to maximise conversion
- Work towards individual and team targets while maintaining high service standards

- At least five years' experience within the residential estate agency sector
- Proven experience winning listings and generating new business
- Strong knowledge of property valuations and the sales process
- Previous experience supporting or mentoring colleagues would be advantageous
- Target-driven with a proven ability to achieve results
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities
- Professional presentation with a genuine commitment to outstanding customer service
