This position offers responsibility for both lettings performance and people management within a busy residential operation.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Lettings Manager:
- Managing the residential lettings and property management function
- Overseeing the full lettings process from instruction to move-in
- Leading, motivating, and developing the lettings team
- Ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation and procedures
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Maximising income through effective portfolio management
- Monitoring targets, performance, and service standards
- Managing time effectively to balance operational and managerial duties
