What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales Negotiator:
- Registering applicants and matching buyers to suitable properties
- Conducting property viewings and providing knowledgeable advice to prospective purchasers
- Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers to achieve successful sales
- Generating new business through proactive applicant and vendor contact
- Keeping clients updated throughout the sales process and progressing transactions through to completion
- Maintaining accurate records and delivering a high level of customer service throughout

- Previous experience within residential estate agency sales
- Strong knowledge of the local property market would be advantageous
- Confident negotiating skills with the ability to build rapport
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A proactive approach to generating new business
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple sales
- Professional, personable and confident manner
- Full UK driving licence preferred
