An established Estate & Lettings Agency based in the Southampton area is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to help build the sales team and increase the business share of this well-known and highly visible brand., Skills required for this Sales Manager / Lister role will include

The ideal candidate for this position will have a proven track record of success in estate agency and extensive experience under their belt; they will also be an instruction winner who is energetic, driven, proactive, self-motivated and have an excellent ability to build up a quick rapport with the clients.

The perfect candidate will have at least 2 years’ previous experience in Estate Agency and be looking for a career changing role. Knowledge of the Southampton area would clinch the deal!, * Previous residential sales experience essential

• Some management experience beneficial

• Experience in valuations and gaining instructions essential

• NFOPP qualification a benefit (not essential)

• Articulate and with excellent inter-personal skills

• High level of customer service skills

• Great telephone manner and positive attitude

• Exceptionally well-presented, ambitious and self-motivated

• Knowledge of Southampton and surrounding area helpful

• Full Driving License essential and own car preferred
