You will have a natural diplomacy and will be decisive when faced with difficult problems; you will also need to be highly organised and be able to prioritise your workload as you will be managing the residential property portfolio. Most importantly, you will need to maintain the first-class customer service to Landlords and Tenants that the company prides itself on and ideally be ARLA qualified.
