This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised, forward thinking and energetic Property Manager (with at least 12 months’ experience) to join a well established Independent estate agency based in Kingston upon Thames.

The ideal candidate for this job will be part of a strong team that are responsible for managing a large portfolio of properties, so experience in all aspects of the property management including serving of S21 and S8 Notices is essential.

You will be negotiating renewals, tenancy deposits, and liaising with all relevant parties throughout the process including tenants, landlords and contractors so an ability to be persuasive but friendly is essential.
