Key responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue across corporate, school, group, party, and event bookings.
  • Generate new business through networking, outreach, and partnerships.
  • Manage and nurture leads using CRM systems, particularly HubSpot.
  • Build relationships with local businesses, schools, and community groups.
  • Deliver presentations, site visits, and tailored proposals.
  • Track sales pipelines and performance metrics.

Desired experience:

  • Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • CRM experience (HubSpot preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in leisure, hospitality, events, or a similar sector is advantageous.
